Villa Petros stands in its own private ground with covered terrace, private pool and gardens.
|
|
It is a self-contained 4-bedroom house on three floors and is best rented as a whole. (Sleeps 8/10, However it can be used in two sections:
|
|
- The upper two floors (sleeps 6/8); 3 bedrooms (2 with balconies) 3 bathrooms; large lounge (with double bed-settee) dining and kitchen area with large balcony; internal stairs to the terrace and pool.
|
|
- The ground floor 1-bed Studio sleeps 2 with separate shower and own kitchen/dining space. A lockable internal door connects the two. Ideal for guests/people with some mobility limitations.
|
|
Ideally we want our guests to enjoy sole use of the entire villa to themselves. WE WILL NOT use sections of the villa for different parties accept by agreement. (See Rates)

Each bedroom has wrought iron style bed(s), bedside table(s) & lamp(s), built-in wardrobes and Air Con.
|
All have en-suite or adjacent bathroom fully tiled.

Upper Two Floors:
|
2nd Fl: Master bedroom: 5’ double bed, en-suite fully tiled with bath/shower. Balcony with table & chairs. Sea views.
Bedroom 2: twin 3’ beds, en-suite shower room. Balcony with table & chairs. Sea views.

1st Fl: Bedroom 3: twin 3’ beds. Sea views. Fully tiled shower room adjacent.

Kitchen fully fitted with stainless steel appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière. All equipment/china etc., for 8 (more in the studio).

Spacious Living/dining area: extending oak dining table, 8 leather high back chairs, oak sideboard. Double bed settee, 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, oak coffee table, 29” flat screen TV, DVD/CD player.

Large balcony with sea views. Air Con unit.

Master bedroom with 5’ wrought iron style bed, bedside tables and lamps, TV, DVD/CD player, Built-in wardrobes. Air Con unit. Shower room fully tiled.

Kitchen/diner fully fitted; 2 ring hob, built-in oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière. China and equipment for 4 people, table and 4 chairs. Patio doors to Covered terrace with table and chairs.
