Prices are per week in UK pounds. 25% on booking. Balance 8 weeks before holiday.

Once we have agreed dates, availability and price we can send you a PayPal invoice by email for the deposit and later for the balance due. You do not need a PayPal account - just pay with your credit/debit card.

It is quicker, simpler and better for both of us. You can still send cheques if you prefer although this can take time - or use your PayPal account if you have one.

We prefer our guests to enjoy sole use of the villa to themselves. Hence WE WILL NOT rent or use both parts of the villa for different parties accept by agreement.

If you only need three bedrooms we can rent the upper two floors only, with internal stair access to the terrace and pool area for a reduction on the whole villa cost of £80pw High Season July-Sep and £40 otherwise.

If you want to rent only the 1-bed Studio this may be possible if the rest of the Villa is unoccupied or by agreement. Ask about availabililty.
