Four Double/Twin Bedrooms = beds for 8 plus Double bed settee in 1st floor lounge = 10 total.

Cots, High Chair and extra bedding available by arrangement.

Rent is for the whole villa per week in UK Sterling (GBP)

Booking Deposit - 25% on booking. Balance 8 weeks before holiday.

Payment options include UK and International Bank Transfer, PayPal and Debit/Credit Card.

(Handling charge for PayPal or Debit/Credit Card Payments = 4%)

We prefer our guests to enjoy sole use of the villa to themselves.

WE WILL NOT rent or use both parts of the villa for different parties accept by agreement.

Only need three bedrooms? We can rent the upper two floors only, with internal stair access to the terrace and pool area for a reduction on the whole villa cost of Ł80pw High Season July-Sep and Ł40 otherwise.

(Reduced Prices offered include the Whole Villa with no reduction for just using the upper floors)

If you prefer to rent only the 1-bed Studio this may be possible if the rest of the Villa is unoccupied or by agreement. Ask about availability.

NEW: We are now able to be paid using PayPal.

Once we have agreed dates, availability and price we can send you a PayPal invoice by email for the deposit and later for the balance due. You do not need a PayPal account - just pay with your credit/debit card.

It is quicker, simpler and better for both of us. You can still send cheques if you prefer although this can take time - or use your PayPal account if you have one.
